so dearest, here is the bilingual liturgy, we created and celebrated with my colleague, friend and sister Hunter Roberts:

Guests enter in silence, take coats, wash, bathroom, etc. Before being escorted to their seats at the table, they are cleansed with copal.

A vendégek csendben érkeznek, levetik kabátjukat, kezet mosnak, vécé, stb. Mielőtt a helyükre kísérjük őket, megtisztítjuk őket füstölővel.

Incense is burning in the main room, which is lit by candles. Music is playing John Dowlan or Gregorian Chants. The table is set.

Füstölő ég a nagyszobában is, amit gyertyáról gyújtunk meg. Zene szól, gregorián, vagy John Dowland. Az asztal terítve vár.

When all are seated, H. washes her hands and passes the washing bowl counter-clockwise, drying the hands of the next in line until all have washed their hands and the bowl is removed.

Helyet foglalunk, H. megmossa a kezét és tovább adja a mosdótálat az óra járásával ellentétes irányba, majd megtörli a Mellette ülő kezét, míg mind megmossuk a kezünket és a tál körbeér.

H.: In the beginning…

All: In the beginning/Kezdetben

P.:  In the beginning was the Word
    and the Word was with God
    and the Word was God.

Kezdetben volt az Ige és az Ige Istennél volt és Isten volt az Ige.
H.: In the beginning there was no beginning. There was no start and there was no end. In the beginning there was Becoming wanting to Be (or was it Being wanting to Become?). Kezdetben nem volt kezdet. Nem volt kiindulás és nem volt vég. Kezdetben a Valamivé válás akart Lenni. (Vagy a Lét akart Valamivé lenni?)

P.^{: 3} Everything came into being through the Word,
   and without the Word
    nothing came into being.

Minden általa lett, és nélküle semmi sem lett, ami létrejött.

H.: All forms began in the dancing of Life and Desire. Becoming was the Dance, and the Dance was Becoming and no thing was outside their dancing.

And all things danced. And in the dance of No-thing Becoming birthed Desire who birthed Life who flowered into Being in her delight with her own Becoming. What has evolved into existence came only through their birthing and becoming and dying herself into multiple forms: through light and darkness, darkness and light, expansion and contraction, breath and release, gestation and expulsion and swallowing all to birth herself anew.

Minden forma az Élet és Vágy táncában kezdődött. A Valamivé Válás volt a tánc és a Tánc lett Valamivé és semmi sem volt a táncon kívül.

És minden létező táncolt. És a Semmiből valamivé lett táncában megszületett a vágy, aki az életet szülte,  aki a Létbe virágzotta gyönyörűségében saját Valamivé létét. Ami lett, csak az ő millióféle formába szülésük, változásuk és  haláluk által vált valósággá: fény és sötét által, sötét és fény által, kiterjedés és összehúzódás által, lélegzés és lazítás által, várandósság és kiáradás által, és elnyeli, hogy megszülje önmagát újra és újra.

P.: What came into being
⁴     through the Word was life,^[a]
    and the life was the light for all people.
⁵ The light shines in the darkness,
    and the darkness doesn’t extinguish the light.

Benne élet volt, és az élet volt az emberek világossága. A világosság a sötétségben fénylik, de a sötétség nem fogadta be.

H.: And the light is shining in darkness, and the darkness cradles the light. And together they dance.

És a Világosság a sötétben fénylik és a sötétség bölcsőként ringatja a Világosságot. És együtt táncolnak ők.

P.: ⁹ The true light that shines on all people
    was coming into the world.
¹⁰ The light was in the world,
    and the world came into being through the light,
        but the world didn’t recognize the light.
¹¹ The light came to his own people,
    and his own people didn’t welcome him.
¹² But those who did welcome him,
        those who believed in his name,
    he authorized to become God’s children,
¹³         born not from blood
        nor from human desire or passion,
        but born from God.

Az Ige volt az igazi világosság, amely megvilágosít minden embert: ő jött el a világba. A világban volt, és a világ általa lett, de a világ nem ismerte meg őt: saját világába jött, és az övéi nem fogadták be őt. Akik pedig befogadták, azokat felhatalmazta arra, hogy Isten gyermekeivé legyenek; mindazokat, akik hisznek az ő nevében, akik nem vérből, sem a test, sem a férfi akaratából, hanem Istentől születtek.

H.: The flesh and the word were one in becoming and dwelt within and around us and could not be torn asunder, not even by men who came trying to wrench flesh from spirit, life from death, heaven from earth, claiming to have the true light, trying to extinguish the darkness and deny that they were born of blood and of a fleshy will, claiming they were born of mind alone, claiming they were God's children.

Az ige és a test kezdetben egyek voltak és együtt lakoztak bennünk és közöttünk és szétválaszthatatlanok voltak, nem szakíthatta őket ketté még az ember sem, aki folyton azt próbálta, hogy szakíthatná el a húst a lélektől, életet a haláltól, mennyet a földtől, követelvén az igaz világossághoz való kizárólagos jogot, megpróbálta kioltani a sötétséget és megtagadta, hogy vérből és a test akaratából született, mintha csak az elme alkotta volna őt egyedül, és állítván, ők egyedül Isten gyermekei.

P.: ¹⁴ The Word became flesh
    and made his home among us.
We have seen his glory,
    glory like that of a father’s only son,
        full of grace and truth.

Az Ige testté lett, közöttünk lakott, és láttuk az ő dicsőségét, mint az Atya egyszülöttjének dicsőségét, telve kegyelemmel és igazsággal.

H.: What does it mean to incarnate?/Mit jelent testté lenni?
P.: What does it mean for the Word to become Flesh? Mit jelent a szónak hússá lenni?
Dialogue begins between the two leaders, later to be joined by others.Dialógust kezd a két vezető, később a többiek is csatlakoznak a párbeszédhez. As it begins to wind down, we say together / Amikor lecsendesül együtt mondjuk:
Rejoice, the Sun/Son is born. Long live the light in the darkness.

Örvendj, a Fiú megszületett. Éljen a Fény a sötétben.

P. breaks bread and blesses it, asking each person to take and eat with the words, “God’s Word becoming your flesh”

P. megtöri a kenyeret, megáldja és arra kér mindenkit, hogy vegyen és egyen e szavakkal: “Isten Igéje a te húsoddá lett”

Each repeats in turn: God’s Word becomes my flesh,” until all have eaten.

Mind megismétlik: “Isten Igéje a te húsommá lett” míg mind ettünk.

H. pours and blesses the wine as God’s Truth, passes the cup, saying
“God’s truth becoming your blood,” and each repeats “God’s truth becomes my blood, until the cup has circled.

H. kitölti és megáldja a bort, mint Isten Igazságát, körbeadja a kelyhet, e szavakkal ”Isten igazsága a véreddé lett” míg mind ittunk.

All sing: Oh Come Emanuel az ‘Ó jöjj Immánuel’-t énekeljük

All hold hands to bless food. P. and H. speak the blessing.

Megfogjuk egymás kezét, hogy megáldjuk az ételt. P. és H. mondják az áldást.

People eat and share stories of Christmas miracles and blessings of the flesh. When dinner is over, Hunter does a benediction in English and Petra does in Hungarian.

Ülünk, eszünk és karácsonyi csodáink és a testünk, húsunk megáldásának történetét meséljük el. Az étkezés végén Hunter angolul, Petra pedig magyarul mondja az áldás szövegét.
